Leyna is an awesome massage therapist. She spoke to me about what was going to happen, gave me choices about what is available as well as being able to intelligently discuss essential oils and diet choices. The setting is very relaxing and conducive to the massage session. I highly recommend Leyna Her husband also does massages.
This is the best place to get a massage in town hands down! We have followed them to each new location and they are worth the drive. My husband and I both feel better each time we leave and we would go weekly if we could!
Leyna and Dan are absolutely amazing! I like deep tissue massages and they both do a wonderful job. Their massages are personalized and they remember you when you come in. There are even times I regretted spending time at a fancy place on vacation because I didn't get as good of massage. I highly recommend Bodies in Balance and talk about them often to my friends.
